BOOKING POLICIES:

To ensure the smooth operation of our service-oriented business, we kindly request a commitment of time through a booking deposit.

A 60% booking deposit is mandatory for all appointments and is considered non-refundable.

However, we understand that plans may change. If you need to reschedule, the booking deposit can be transferred to another appointment as long as providing the rescheduling notice within the appropriate timely manner (at least 24 hours before your scheduled time).

It's important to note that booking deposits are non-transferable to another individual. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

As a small business with all therapists working on a commission basis, we simply have to ask our clients to respect our policy and understand that we implement it for the financial viability of the business and the therapists.

In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can offer the time slot to another individual in need of care. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

CANCELLATIONS:

- Cancelling 24hr prior to appointment will not incur cancellation fee.

- Cancelling or Rescheduling on the day will incur a 50% charge.

- Cancelling or Rescheduling within 2 hours of your appointment will incur a 100% charge.
